Surbee Terms

1. Who we are

Surbee is sold by [registered business name] ("we", "us"). [Address and TIN.]

2. What you buy

A Surbee license lets you use Surbee on one computer (a PC or a laptop). For more computers, you need one license for each. The license is perpetual: it does not expire. You get a license to use Surbee; the software itself stays ours.

3. Activation and computers

Each PC is activated once, online, with your license key. After that, Surbee's core features (plotting, area and closure, and exports) work offline.
You may move a key to another computer yourself. To prevent sharing, moves between computers are limited [wait time and yearly limit to be confirmed].
Promo prices for registered Geodetic Engineers need a valid PRC license number. We may check it, and may charge the regular price if it can't be confirmed.
Online extras, such as control-point data updates, need a valid license each time they're used.
You may not share, resell or publish your license key. We may disable a key that has been shared or leaked.

4. Ordering and payment

You register on this website and pay by GCash or bank transfer, quoting your order number. Your order is confirmed when we have checked your payment.
Prices are in Philippine pesos. [State whether prices include VAT.]
Orders not paid within [3] days may be cancelled.

5. Your professional responsibility

Surbee is a tool to help you plot and check survey data. You remain responsible for checking every result before you rely on it or submit it to any office. We do not guarantee that the control-point data, conversions or exports are free of errors.

6. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, Surbee is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your license. [To be reviewed.]

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
