Questions about plans
How many computers can I use?
As many as your plan says: Solo is 1 computer (a PC or a laptop), Office 3 is three. Each computer gets its own license key. You can install Surbee anywhere, but each key runs on one computer at a time.
Can my draftsmen use my license?
Yes, with an Office plan. It's held under one email (usually the GE's), with one key for each draftsman's computer.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and the license doesn't expire.
Who gets the GE promo price?
Registered Geodetic Engineers, for the Solo plan. When you register, choose Geodetic Engineer under Profession and add your PRC license no. We check it before confirming your payment. Everyone else pays the regular Solo price.
Can I add computers later?
Yes. An Office plan grows 3 → 5 → 10 computers. Contact us with your order number.
Do you issue an official receipt?
Email us with your order number and the name and TIN to put on it.
