A Windows 10 or 11 PC or laptop. Surbee installs like any other Windows program. A Mac version is under consideration.

Some extras, like updates to the control-point data, need a connection when you use them.

You type the courses into cells, like a spreadsheet, or paste a title's wording as it's written and Surbee fills in the tie line, the bearings and distances, and the title data. You can keep the title's photo or PDF open beside the form while you check. Surbee also opens its own lot files (.srb).

Northing and Easting on the PTM zones (Luzon 1911 / PPCS), from the official control point your title is tied to. The zone follows the control point, and Surbee warns you when the zone looks wrong.

Region 9 (Zamboanga Peninsula) and NIR are built in and work offline. More regions are coming. For a monument that isn't in the list yet, you can type its Northing and Easting yourself.

A Lot Plan (print it, or save it as a PDF), DXF for CAD, Shapefile (with its projection) for QGIS, KML for Google Earth (for presentation, not for legal or survey work), PNEZD point lists, and JPEG or PNG images of the plot. Each export can take the open lot or all the lots.

Each lot is its own .srb file in your SRB Vault (a folder in Documents), and a project of several lots is a .srj file. The SRB Vault window finds any lot by lot number, survey, title or place. Exports go to Documents\Surbee Exports.

It stays on your PC. Surbee doesn't upload your lots. Any future sharing feature will be opt-in, one lot at a time.

No. You pay once, and the license doesn't expire.

One license key runs on one computer at a time. Solo is 1 computer, a PC or a laptop; Office 3, 5 and 10 come with that many keys. You can install Surbee on more computers, but only that many can run it.

An Office plan. It's held under one email (usually the GE's), with one key for each draftsman's computer. You can grow it later, 3 → 5 → 10.

Yes, yourself: deactivate Surbee on the old PC, then activate it on the new one. Reinstalling on the same PC doesn't count as a move. To stop licenses from being passed around, moves between computers are limited.

Solo runs on one at a time. You can switch by deactivating on one and activating on the other (moves are limited). If you use both every day, an Office plan gives each its own key.

You can free the license from the dead PC yourself (a limited number of times), or contact us and we'll help.

Each key runs on one computer, so a shared key won't activate on someone else's PC while it's in use on yours. If a colleague likes Surbee, send them our way.

By GCash or bank transfer. Register to get your order number, send the payment with that number in the message, then upload a screenshot of the receipt on your order page.
