What we collect when you register
- Your name, email address, and (if you give them) your office and mobile number.
- Your profession(s) and, if you give it, your PRC license number for each.
- The plan you chose and your order number.
- Your payment details: how you paid, the reference number, the amount, the date, and the receipt you upload.
We do not collect card numbers, and we never ask for your GCash PIN or bank password.
Why we use it
- To process your order and confirm your payment.
- To issue your license and email you your license key.
- To put your name (and office) on your license.
- To check a PRC license number on PRC's public verification when you ask for the Geodetic Engineer promo, and to know which professions use Surbee. We never publish PRC numbers.
- To answer your questions and give you support.
- To keep the records the law requires (for example, for tax).
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run this website and send our emails [hosting and email providers to be named], and only so they can do that work. We may also share data when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Your license details for as long as your license exists, so we can help you move your license to a new computer or recover your key. Payment records for as long as tax rules require. [Set retention periods.]
Your lot data
The Surbee app keeps your lots on your PC. It does not upload them. Any future sharing feature will be opt-in, per lot.
Your rights
